PVA Change the voice

In Dynamics omnichannel there a several Voice's and pitch/speed controls, however the Bot doesn't pickup these settings from Dynamics and uses the default US Voice. Is there a way to change what voice it uses or to make it use what ever the Channel/Workstream settings are set in D365?

    Did you ever find out of its possible to change the voice? We are noticing the same thing with the default US voice sounding very unnatural
