Hi,
We are trying to mask privacy data in Power Virtual Agents. Unfortunately we were only able to mask data (credit card, Personal info) in the data base and not in the transcript/session section of Power Virtual Agents.
Two questions:
- Does anyone know how to mask data in here as well?
- If not, does anyone know if we can change/reduce roles within Power Virtual Agents for Analytics section?
Hi @Anonymous,
It will be interesting to see if the new upcoming DLP feature for PVA will be useful in this situation.
It might be possible to restrict access and encrypt content with such a policy.

Bedankt Dennis!
Hoi @Anonymous,
Graag gedaan. Happy to help 🙂
Any further update on this topic
How to mask the data that is stored in the PVA Analytics session ? Can we encrypt the data that is collected in the PVA session ?
Thanks,
Nagendra
Hi @nagendrarao
Today, the only thing you can do is update Conversation Transcript records in Dataverse (so, after they are created) using your own logic to obfuscate the desired data.
