How able to connect SQL Server, AWS and create custom connector without have premium license in power apps and power automate

I just wanted to know we are able to consume SQL server and custom connector in our power apps and power automate application without having power apps per user or per app license.  It's been more than 2 years to use this application approximate 200 user for each application (20 Apps) but we haven't asked to have premium license. When we try to use AI builder in our application than it asks to have premium license.  Could someone please advise me which kind of access we have at the organization level? @RezaDorrani

The SQL server connector became premium in October, 2019 but existing users were grandfathered in for 5 years so that may be what is covering your SQL apps.  But Custom connectors have always required a Premium license. The system may not prompt you, but you are still legally required to have a Premium license for custom connectors.  AI builder requires a slightly different license since AI builder is consumption based licensing.  You can find out what your licensing is by selecting the Plan(s) link from the Settings menu (the gear) in Power Apps.  That will show you the licenses you personally have assigned to you.

We have developed application Nov'2021 with the SQL, AWS and Custom connector. This is the plan which is we are holding right now.

As I mentioned, the SQL connector may be grandfathered in for your environment.  Not sure which Amazon connector you are using.  There isn't a generic one for AWS.  Some of the Amazon connectors are standard and some premium.  But if you are using a custom connector then you definitely need a premium license, which you don't have. The need for a premium license may or may not actually trigger a warning in the app when you are developing/running it.  But it is a legal requirement.
