I have a SharePoint integrated Power App for a SharePoint list. In it I have a form, with all of the fields of the list. One of which is (in Sharepoint) a lookup field that connects to another table of departments. It is a multi-select table, representing the departments involved in a project.
Question:
Is it possible in the form to set the default selected items of the field to default to all available items, dynamically? Meaning, if the departments table changes, it defaults to all available items. This way users can deselect areas not impacted by the project, rather than having to do the opposite. Very often there are more departments involved in some form of fashion, than not.
Replace 'DepartmentsTable' with your actual data source.
Defaultselecteditems Property Set it to AllDepartments.
