Call different Knowledge depending of the Question

Hello: I created a chatbot but I want that the chatbot call an specific knowledge file that is in a Sharepoint. For example, in a sharepoint I have 4 files, HUB.doc, CLOUD.doc, DS.doc and SD.doc. If I make the following question: What are the policies of the area of CLOUD, the bot have to use the file CLOUD.doc to answer the question, If the question is "What are the policies of DS, the chatbot have to open the file DS.doc. As you can see the question is the same but the name of the area change(CLOUD, DS)Is it possible to do that?

Based on my understanding, you need to add a prompt (AI Builder) within your topic and define conditions such as:

If activity.text contains the word "Cloud," return "Cloud" .if word "DS," return "DS if word "Hub," return "Hub.

Simply return the corresponding name for each case.

Next, add a condition for each word. For example, if var3.text equals "Cloud," add a Generative Answers node, select the relevant knowledge source, and enable the "Search selected knowledge" option, choosing only the Cloud-related document. Repeat this process for all four files.

This will pull relevant information from the Cloud documents and display it.
