convert word document to pdf file button click

Whenever i attach files for first time, its not getting attached, when i try to attach second time file is getting attached ,im not sure why its not working for first time.

second time, when i try to attach its getting attached as below

third time, when i attach another file and click convert word to pdf, then below file Name.docx should deleted automatically in the gallery and only name-copy.docx should be visible,

As of now,its getting added in the gallery but lastly updated attachment is not getting displayed in the gallery ,i used created by but is there any column that shows last updated item

please help us with the fix.Thanks in advance

Hi Veblitz,

You can try using the Created column for this. Try to modify your Gallery Items property to something like this:

First(SortByColumns(<YourDataSource>, "Created", SortOrder.Descending))

Above code, we used Refresh (Datasource) but then once after upload file inspite of refresh data source its not displaying in gallery items, Kindly help me how to prevent refresh data source as its not Recommended ,in our scenario its sharepoint list but then im not sure how its get loaded as per above code logic
