Autoadd sales teammember to opportunity

Hi guys,

I'd like to "auto"-relate sales member to an opportunity, based on the customer.

I.e. If customer John have an opportunity, his advisor should be autoconneteced to the opportunity (sub-grid sales teammember).

I saw the step "relate rows" / "unrelate rows". But there you cannot set the role.

Is there an OOB-Solution for that?

You can do this process in two ways. One is by using Power Automate.

Using the action relate rows, where you relate the sales team members of the account to the sales team members of the opportunity. Now I understand that in both cases the relationship is 1:N (i.e. 1 account n sales members, 1 opportunity n sales members).

Another way is to fill it with Javascript but here you need to know more about programming and use the Web Api.

I would use the relate action of Power Automate, this link shows you how to use it.

Hi @Jmanriquerios
The "relate row" action in the Powerapp works. Unfortunately, the role cannot be defined there. I would like to add the role "Account Manager" for example.

Do you have any idea whether this works with Powerapp?

You are using Power Apps or Dynamics 365, this is an auto the box functionality to be used, the issue is that if your opportunity table is personalized, you will not be able to use the connection

I have a custom Opportunity table but it doesn't work because it is already determined for the entities of the Coman Data Model
