Hi there,
I'm working at the moment on a bot that will be used for as a help/support for users for my company.
So i created a topic with 4 groups (category) and each category has sub-category.
Category Example :
Category Office 365 with 6 sub category (Outlook, Teams, Office(word, excel, powerpoint) OneDrive, SharePoint, Other)
Then I have trained the topic, but my problem is that when I'm typing "Outlook", the bot is still asking me what category do you want ? and then if I click on Office 365 category he is redirecting me to the Outlook answer.
My question is why he is still asking me to click on category if he already detected that Outlook is part of Office 365 category, why the bot is not redirecting me right away to the answer?

Thanks for reply.
Yeah I was thinking doing this way in the case where there were not other solutions or explication. But still I find this strange that I still have to click on first level even if the bot understands that I'm asking the last level.
Hello @EmilM
My suggestion would be to have each main category in a separate Topic. That way the proper trigger phrase would trigger the category for that topic, and the main topic would redirect.
