building an inventory management that will include a calculated column named stockbalance

Good day all, please I need help, I have built the app but I need to include a custom column named Current Stock Balance,  which will be the sum of initial stock balance and stock purchased substracted from Stocks sold. it will automatically update each time the sales for the day is inputted.
