Morning!
We are trying to use filtering on a gallery to get records based on a key. Pretty simple stuff, but when we run the app it is only bringing up a single entry and not the second we have in for testing. Is this a setting on the gallery we're missing?

You are Using "LookUp" which only returns 1 item. You can read more about it here:
