Create an item in Sharepoint list

Hi Power Community, I am planning to create chatbot for our NPS (Net Promoter Score). Is there a way for my bot to create an item in a sharepoint list after every end of conversation?

    Hello @Anonymous 

     

    Yes, you can add an Action to call a Power Automate Flow which can create an item in SharePoint.

     

    To get this to trigger every time/whenever you want. You can have this inside a separate Topic. Now when the conversation was going to end you just send them to this Topic instead.
