Is there a way to export Teams and users within for an environment?

Hoping I can export these along with the users of each to some form of excel or csv.

Is there a built-in method to do this (perhaps in the Centre of Excellence environment?)

Thank you

RD

Hi, when opening Teams or User entity in a model driven app you should be able to export a list of both (not tried for teams, but sure it works for users). But if there is an option to export the combination (so who is member in which team) I'm not aware of. I guess the system is using a standard N:N relation in here, so maybe N:N relationship manager in XRM Toolbox might bring an option to export.

    Thank you for the reply.

I tried to find the export option for Teams  and Users but had no luck.

You mentioned 'when opening user entity in a model driven app'. DO you have a quick example or what connector you are using?

    Thank you

    1. Create a Model driven app from https://make.powerapps.com/.
    2. Add a new page and select the team, user tables for each page.
    3. You can find the related records of the users.

You can filter the users based on the team and then export to excel.

Other option is using Power Automate.

You can use the dataverse connector and get the users from Team and user Tables.

    Hi @RandomDept ,

as written by @Velegandla you could setup a new model driven app (MDA), but basically it would work with any

existing MDA. Just open any view and check the URL then. You will find something like

    &pagetype=entitylist&ent=<name>

Just replace <name> by team, so it finally looks like this.

    &pagetype=entitylist&ent=team

You can remove all following parameters. The system will add them when opening the link. Once done the default view for your team entity will open up. If you like to open user entity instead just use systemuser
