I have just started learning the Power Platform. I have built a basic first app and published it.
Now I want to see if my son can see and use the app on his mobile, but he can't install Power Apps on his mobile without a company account.
So my question is:
Can one create a Power App that can be used by someone who does not have a company account?

Short answer - no. Every one who uses the app needs a suitable licence.
