Power Apps not showing all the items from my SharePoint List

Hello, Good Day.

I have integrated and connected my data source from SharePoint List to the Power Apps. Everything seems to be working fine, however I later found out that there are some data that are not appearing whenever I am performing the Filter function from the Combo box in the Power Apps, while the rest of the data works fine as usual. The source is coming from the same SharePoint list. The columns are currently single line of text format in SharePoint list. Is there any way to know why only those particular data are not appearing? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Below is the formula that I have inputted into my Combo Box to perform the filter function:
Distinct('Source','Column Name')

    Hi,

Power Apps loads 500 records into controls like ComboBox and Dropdown. You can bump this up to 2000 records in app settings.

are you expecting to load more data ?

Yup, I have adjusted the Data row limit settings to 2000. Currently I have over 30,000 data being loaded in. However, out of the 30,000 rows there are remaining 187 rows not being displayed when I am trying to run the filter. Is there any particular reason behind this?

    Hi,

We will try to revisit this code.

    Distinct('Source','Column Name')

Distinct(Filter('Source',StartsWith('ColumnName', "Value")),'ColumnName') this filters data first and reduce the record count before processing.

Check it out and revert back with query filter query too.

    Hi,

The formula is working fine now. All the data is being loaded in accordingly. However, I have found out an issue that occurs for the column of the data criteria that exceeds the 2000 row limit. For example, column which contains the data "Chocolate" has total number of rows of 2400, however due to the data delegation issue, it is only now returning 2000 values.  Is there any other solution for this?  I have tried using the same formula that you have provided previously, but it is not working.
