Hi there. This could work yes. I had this in my mind but I was wondering if we could somehow use SP list versioning to access these items. Reason is because my SP records have to do with email notifications. Scenario as follows:
1) User needs to send an email notification so he goes and creates a record.
2) Approver checks the record and either suggests changes or approves
3) Clearing officer, clears the record or suggests changes
4) When the record is clear it can be sent.
So, in my logic I could either do it:
1) Approving/Clearing officer can add comments which are stored in the second SP list per your suggestion so the requestor can do the changes following the comments
2) Approving/Clearing officer makes notes inside the record (like adding comments in a Word document) so requestor sees the notes and makes the changes maybe using versioning.
To tell you the truth its more convenient for me to do this like you suggest. I was wondering if there is a way to use SP list versioning in power apps for me to avoid maintaining a second list.
If I don't get a response on this one in a few days I will accept your solution. Thank you for your time on this one!
