Hello,

I developed a custom IT Support agent using Copilot Studio. The agent was deployed in the M365 Copilot Chat as well as the Teams App.
Uploading a file and passing it to a Power Automate Flow works well within the agent deployed via Teams app ( I followed this tutorial). After sending the file attachment, the agent is supposed to send a confirmation message 'Thank you. I received your file'.

It used to work in both channels until around 1 month ago.
However now, the agent in the M365 Copilot Chat keeps on responding ' Sorry I wasn't able to respond to the question. Is there anything else I can help you with?".

Is there a reason for this behavior? Do I need to configure something?
