Hi,

I am a newbee on PowerApps, created an App using Sharepoint List.

All worked well, but for some reason it doesn't display all items. Most items are missing from the list.

Creating an App and connecting to SharePoint List was seamless.

Am I doing something wrong?

Appreciate any help!

Hi @shaimerc
Difficult question to a newbee, but:
1) Are you displaying the data in a gallery?
2) If so, what is the Items property of that gallery?

I have the same problem. The items are present, but not visible.

Here's the Items Property:
Sort(If(IsBlank(TextSearchBox1.Text), '[dbo].[KLANT]', Search('[dbo].[KLANT]', TextSearchBox1.Text, "Klantnaam", "AccountManager","AlgFaxNr","AlgTelNr","AlgemeneEmail")), If(SortDescending1, SortOrder.Descending, SortOrder.Ascending))

And for some reason, the sort button does not work.

Hi @shaimerc,

Could you please share about how many columns that you have in your SharePoint list?

If you are using the auto-generated screen, the items displayed are auto-generated, we could choose to hide or show the items with the way mentioned in the article below:

Show, edit, or add a record from a table in PowerApps

In addition, please follow the guide below:

Generate an app (SharePoint list)

You should be able to find the corrseponding article with the third part:

Customize the app (SharePoint list)

If there is no data displayed, please take a try to switch the first screen layout, see if that would help.

Actually, the app can query data. I can see the arrows at the right side, which indicates there are items. But the data within the items are not visible. It only happens when I have made changes to the Items property. Anyhow, I'll try your suggestion. But what about the sort button on top of the screen? When I click on it, nothing happens.

Here is the OnSelect action (default):

UpdateContext({SortDescending1: !SortDescending1})
