Am I missing something, but I cant find any options anymore to create topics based on existing FAQ, which was there before with previous versions of agents. Now it seems moved under AI settings but most regions (apart of US) AI not available yet, so we lost many features. Doesn't make any sense remove working features while new not possible.
Is there work around to import FAQ topics?
The suggested topics feature isn't available in the new unified editor. It was dropped in favor of the generative answers feature. If you are in a section where AI isn't available yet then you'll need to stick with the older editor if you need suggested topics.
Yeah. We already have Virtual Agent, using many new features, and adaptive cards, power automate flows connected... Any way thanks.
