Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is invalid.

Hi,

My power app was working fine.

I added a yes/no column in my sharepoint list.

I refreshed the datasource in powerapps studio and added the new field in the form.

When I click the button to Submit the form I get this error:

'Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is invalid.'

What did I do wrong.

Thank you!

Regards,

Daniel

    Hi @danru

I had something similar, I had to delete the new field in the form (the whole datacard) and add it from the form properties, selecting it from the list of available fields

    Hi @renatopc84_ch ,

    Thanks for your help!

I deleted it from the form and tried to submit- same error

I deleted the field from the sharepoint list and created another new field. I refreshed the datasource in the powerapps studio and added the new field to the form and same error.

I tried to test with a different user outside the studio and the error was gone and it worked same as before.

Strange thing is that the user account I had the problem with was a service account which has site owners (full control) permissions for the site and this list.

The error message is too vague.

    Thanks again for your help!!!

    Regards,

    Daniel
