I have one SharePoint list called Invoices. I want to allow Admin users to created items on this list. And approvers (3 users) to be able to only Edit (Invoice approval section - Approve/Reject, Date, Comments fields. To avoid confusion, anyway I can Disable + New btn on the Sharepoint list. If there is better way to use Role level permissions please provide some suggestions, I have create a list "Users" for this purpose.
