How to filter my table with anotther filtering table datas

Hi guys, I have a problem.

I have two sharepoint lists and I have 2 columns in common in these lists. What I want to do is to filter the first list with dropdowns and pull the mail addresses in the second list by looking at the two columns in the filtered result obtained. I didnt show them on one gallery
