I created a table named Fund and a table named Subscription.

The Subscription Table has a Lookup column to the Fund Table

I am attempting to modify the Fund Table's Main form to show all related subscriptions.

I am not able to select a view. I click done, but when I try to save and publish, I get the following error:

Error: We ran into a problem publishing the form. Please try again. (SessionID: #####)

Do you know what is wrong?

Hello, @schuess3, can you try to delete the subGrid control, then publish the form, then try again. Also, make sure that you have the view you need by checking the Table views in the designer. When creating new tables, the forms and views can take some time to be generated.

    Hi @schuess3

I would suggest you publish all customizations, sometimes I have had the environment a little "behind" in some of the background processing so I would also give it 5 to 10 min as well.  It looks like you are doing everything correctly.

Thanks, but no luck so far. Any more ideas?

Interesting Note: The Subscription option located by default under the related Tab works fine.

    Hi @schuess3

Can you try creating a new main form and see if it works there?  If so, you could use this form and remove the one that is having issues.

Hi @schuess3, If you're still facing the issue you can try two things to hopefully make it work:

    1. Try to apply the form changes using make.preview.powerapps.com instead of the standard maker portal (make.powerapps.com). The preview contains some of the up and coming Maker portal features.

    2. Try it in the classic designer, but clicking the "Switch to classic" button:

If that doesn't work, then unfortunately you might need to report it to Microsoft Support at: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Good luck!

😀What worked for me was editing the form in the Classic Designer, and then saving it as a new main form. I will delete the original main form.

Thanks everyone for your help with a work around. I am still not sure of the root cause.
