Clickable link in the bot message

I was trying to put a message with a clickable link in a new bot and there doesn't seem do be the option to put a link behind some text like in the classic bots.

This was the way to do it.

But now in my new bot I don't see the option when editing a message.

The only way I found is to use quick reply like this:

But the link isn't in the message anymore. Is there a way to do it like before that I missed?

Correction, it is possible to post a link but we now have to do it manually. By entering [text] followed by (URL) it does what I wanted.
