How to Really enable Teams presence in Model-driven Apps. In the Advanced Settings > Administration > System Settings > General I have configured the "Enable presence for the system" to Yes but this does not help.

What Am I missing?

    Hi @Yahya,

I think "Enable presence for the system" option is one of those settings you need to publish all customizations to take affect... Can you try that? Also note, you will not see the presence on form headers, you'll have to click the down arrow on the right.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @EricRegnier ,

Obviously the option Enable presence for the system is set t YEs and all customizations re published, but this does not help.

I know the presence should be available only in views not forms but even in views, it does not.

Note I use Teams not Skype for business.

    I am missing something.

Presence should also be available for forms. I tried form my side and it worked. Do you have "Microsoft Teams Integration" below Skype for Business Options?

If not, then Teams is not installed. Teams requires either SharePoint or OneDrive integration to be configured. Enable SharePoint or OneDrive integration and then check if Teams option is available and if so, then you should see the presence.

    Hope this helps!
