Currently, there's no way to change the Power Apps URL, at least for Canvas apps, but here are a few workarounds you can consider:

Create a Model-Driven App: You can create a model-driven app and insert your Canvas app as a custom page. This allows you to configure a more user-friendly URL. For example, you could have a URL like https://org/environmentname.crm.dynamics.com/apps/myappname.
Embed Your Power App in a Website: Another option is to embed your Canvas app in a website using an iframe. This way, you can control the URL on your website while displaying the app. More information on embedding apps can be found here.
Power Pages: if you are looking for a website solution using power platform you can check the possibility to integrate power pages in your solution.
URL Redirection (Less Recommended): You could create a website with your desired subdomain URL that automatically redirects users to the Canvas app's actual URL. While this works, it's less ideal because it involves an extra step for the user.
