I have a Microsoft list where one of the fields is the email id column. The users logged into the list can only view the records with their email IDs in it, i.e item level permissions. The item level permission is being given with the help of a Power Automate flow.
I have integrated this Microsoft list with Power Apps to make a customized list and published the changes to the list. Then I ran the Power Automate flow to grant permissions based on the email id column of the list and the flow ran successfully and item level permissions were assigned, checked them from the list settings.
But when one of the users is trying to access the list, it shows a popup message " request access for app". How can the item level permissions be given in this scenario? Should a flow be created from Power Apps to grant permissions? Please help. @WarrenBelz
