PAD, Jquery selector: How to check if elements text value EQUALS to something

I need to build a selector that gets the text value of element <a>
<a>Services</a>

How do I build the selector that check if a text value == "Services"

I made it work with a:contains("Services"),
and with attribute a[href="/kldjfladfjlkgadjflkgjadlks/adad"]

BUT I would like to know how to check if that text value EQUALS no just contains
