Authentication option only for teams is blocked in my account. I would request you to please confirm the reason

    Hello @shivang1 

    As displayed on your screenshot: your bot is connected to Dynamics Omnichannel which makes the Teams only authentication unavailable. You have a "learn more" button if you need more info on that.
