Interactive map in Power Apps

Hello everyone!
I have a Power Apps application that displays an interactive map on one of the screens. I want to share this app with several people in my organization, but the map is a premium feature.
Is there any way to publish this app and share it with other users who don't have a premium license, so they can view the map?
If there is a way, can you tell me approximately how much it would cost?

    If it's for a single app you have the option to take a Power apps license per app its an app where one user has acces to one premium app. 
     
    It costs approximatly 5$ per app per user per month.
