Copilot Studio – Extensibility Issue with Biz Chat Deployment

Hello,

We have built an agent on M365 Copilot using Copilot Studio, designed to connect to Dataverse and fetch real estate property data.

The agent functions perfectly within the Copilot Studio interface, as shown in the screenshot below:

However, after deploying the agent to Biz Chat, it fails to work entirely, returning the following error:

Despite authorizing and signing in for the connection, the issue persists with no resolution. The fact that it works flawlessly in Studio but not in Biz Chat is quite unusual.

Could someone advise on what might be causing this issue or if we are missing any crucial steps in the deployment process?

Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

does the user which's using the chat in BizApps has the necessary privileges in the environment? Role with assigned tables, Basic User role etc.?

Hi @Artur Stepniak,

The user is a Power Platform Administrator with a system administrator role in the same environment, which is myself. Have you encountered a similar issue before? And by the way, it is not working with Fin & Ops as well. The status code is 200 without any error message.
