How to sum up values from a DataSource based on a filter

Hi all,

I am wondering what the most efficient way to Sum up numbers from my Dataverse table "Goal Managements" would be. In the app I am developing, employees set goals for the year, and their supervisor assigns a "weight" (value between 0 & 1) to the goals so we can determine how much of an end of year bonus the employee should receive.

Currently, I have a managers screen that filters employee by Office location and Department, but now need to figure out how to sum up the weights for each goal that has been achieved, by each person. (EX: If a person has 4 goals with a .25 weight each meets all of their goals, they should receive 100% of their total possible bonus.) I'd like to be able show the percent value that the employee has currently achieved in a label inside my app, so that a manager can quickly see how much of the bonus the employee has currently earned.

Really, I am just not sure how to grab all the values of goals that are "achieved". I load this form with a gallery that references the DataSource.

If anyone has an ideas or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. I can provide more picture / my code for various objects if necessary.

I think for dataverse, you could use a calculated column or a rollup column depending on your requirement. You can define conditions on the calculated column it self . Please see the link below,
