Underlying Azure AI Document Intelligence Model Types - how do they map?

Hello!

 

Anyone know what the underlying model-type is for "Invoices" model?  From what I understand:

  1. Fixed template documents = Custom template model
  2. General documents = Custom Neural model
  3. Invoices = ??

If we go about and extend this Invoice model, does that make it Custom neural too?

    Hi @dewaldbester ,

     

    AI Builder Invoice is based on Azure Document Intelligence Invoice model.

     

    If you customize the AI Builder Invoice model, you'll get a composition of this Invoice model and the fixed template model. We don't have for now the possibility to compose with the general (neural) model.
