Hi All,
I am planning to create a Copilot Studio bot that I can stick it to my website. Therefore, there is no authentication required to ask questions through the bot. I was looking at other bot solution like BotPress, etc, until I looked at Microsoft's Copilot Studio solution which I believe has a lot more future potentials.
However, I am getting two conflicting information regarding licensing.
https://powerpages.microsoft.com/en-au/pricing/ - if I host my bot in the PowerPages, I will get $112/500 "anonymous" active users per month. I assume they use cookies to identify the users - this will be a problem if the user keep clearning their cookies every session and cause double counting. This will certainly move me back to the BotPress or other similar bot solution out there.
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Copilot-Studio-Chatbots/Microsoft-Copilot-Studio-pricing/td-p/2532781 - this shows the licensing cost $200/month for 25000 messages. It is not clear what if we have more say 30000 messages, is that mean we will pay $400 for 30000 messages?
For those with experience in using the Copilot Studio Bot in a their public facing website, please share your licensing cost experience and where is the best way to host the Copilot Bot page. For Microsoft, please help us clarify the licensing. Thanks.
For Copilot Studio, you will have to purchase "bundles" of 25K messages at $200/month. If your users will generate 30K, messages, you will have two purchase two bundles, at $400/month, which will allocate 50K messages/month to your tenant.
