Power Automate flow to convert SharePoint form to PDF file

Hi All,

I created a Power Automate flow to convert SharePoint form to PDF file after the successful submission. The flow is created with Power App as trigger and OneDrive business connector. The flow works when I submitted the form. But, not for others. Please see attached file.

How can I make this flow for other people who use the form?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi @Ruth_Dong

    This should be over in this area.

    Building Flows - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Are you saying that they run the app, but when they try to do the .Run in the Canvas App, it doesn't do anything or they get an error?

    Have you looked to verify that its not triggered at all in the Details of the Flow? Can you please share more details related to debugging you have done already or look at those things I just asked for.

    If they get an error in the app, i would expect them to get the Pink Popup and therefore be able to share that.

    Its possible though

    1. they dont have licenses

    2. the stuff is not shared properly (like the connections etc)

    and unfortunately more, getting those details will help us.

    If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    @FLMike , they are able to run the  Canvas App. It means they can submit information in using the SharePoint Form.  The flow run successfully based the run history.  However, there is no html or pdf file produced.

    @Ruth_Dong

    Switch back to the old designer (click the New Designer Off top right corner)

    When looking at the actions, look at the inputs and outputs of each. The check mark doesn't tell us what it did. What we need to see is why it shows Green but you say it didn't work.

    Look at each input and output and verify what work it did and where the breakdown is. Please share screenshots of the actions one by one with inputs and outputs. In some cases outputs you have to click to download it, then share that.

    @FLMike ,

    I switched back to the old designer.  See screen shot of the flow below.  I can run it and generate the PDF with the flow.  Ant, teammate can run it without any issue.  But, it has no HTML and PDF file output.  I have already granted my Onedrive folder access to my teammate.

    Thank You for your help in advance !
