Hi,

I have built a PowerApps form which triggers a Flow which sends an email with options.

It runs ok for me and sends the email to my line manager.

When an other staff member fills the form, it fails, see error.png attached.

The email is sent from a specific email i.e. forms@investni.com and this is used for the connection for this step.

Is there anything I may be missing, e.g. permissions on the forms@investni.com exchange or account?

Thank you for your time,

Ollie

    Hi @Oliver_McErlane ,

This is a Power Automate query and you will get more help from the experts on that forum.

The solution to your issue will also help others with similar issues looking for it there.

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

I can't say for sure that this is the solution for your problem, but i do know that:

if you (user of the power app) don't have permissions in sharepoint to perform certain actions, neither will you be able to do the same through a power app.

So for example if you can't delete a file from library X in sharepoint, neither will you be able to delete a file from library X through the use of a power app.

It could explain why it works for you, but not for another specific user.

    hope this helps

    Hi @gjeh ,

You are certainly correct in the concept here as PowerApps created the connection for the logged in user at app start.

I was just trying to put the query in the right place for the relevant equally capable specialists to deal with and also for users to find easier.

    Hi @Oliver_McErlane ,

That looks like a permissions error - please check you have the right permissions to access the resource.

If you do have permissions and would like this further investigated, please consider opening a service request on the Power Platform Admin Center portal: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support including the error details.

    Thank you.
