Power Virtual Agents has a lot of good features, but lacks many basic things that one would expect it to do out of the box. For example, the ability to have empty/null variables and pass them to Power Automate Flow.
The restrictions on the system topics are also very annoying to work with. We cannot turn them off or change the trigger phrases.
Also, there should be a delay and typing indicator shown before a message is shown to the user to make the user have a more natural interaction with the bot, rather than the bot trying to dump a bunch of messages on the user at the same time.
Please try to incorporate at least some of these improvements. My company really wants to use PVA but can't proceed due to these issues.
