How to customize the default answers

Dear Team,

 

Thanks for the great product you've built.

This my first time using it. Everything's cool I can say.

However, I couldn't change the default answer, for example: customer's input is not included in my topic and the default answers are:

- To clarify, did you mean:

- Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?

 

But I want to customize it into another content. Addition reason is that I want to make the Vietnamese ones (Chatbot is not available in Vietnames). So any advice, please?

    Hi @pdaotao123,

     

    In the current production version of Power Virtual Agents, the "Did you mean" message cannot be customized. This is something that is now possible in the unified authoring canvas, now in preview, where you can customize the "Did you mean" topic (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/preview/authoring-system-topics#multiple-topics-matched).

     

    For the "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?", this isn't customizable either, but what you can do is enable the system fallback topic (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-system-fallback-topic) that gets triggered when a user utterance doesn't match any topic. The Fallback topic is customizable (and is enabled by default on the unified authoring canvas).
