one form multiple flows

Good day,

I was wondering if there was a way to trigger multiple flows with multiple submissions of a single form. Here is my case:

I have a form which one person goes through and submits. During this first submission there is a person datacard where an email is entered. The person who's email was entered receives a link to the form and fills out another section of the same form. From there they fill out their necessary parts and submit it. From there, I'm wondering if I can trigger a second flow in the same onsuccess property of the original form. Something like "if the form is submitted a second time, run this flow"... Not sure if this is possible.

Please let me know if there is a way I've looked all over this forum, youtube and google to no avail.

Thank you!

    if you want trigger based on update well you need to add another column and increase it by 1 each time user submits it. based on this column value. you can trigger different flow but i would not recommend this.

    Instead you can use the values probably first user fills the a b c columns. second user fills e f g columns. third user fills h i j

    if h i j filled i trigger 3rd flow

    e f g filled i trigger 2nd flow

    a  b c filled 1st flow

    this flow runs and successfully sends an email to the person entered in the datacard upon the first submission. the email has a link to the form which has other parts to be filled out by the person who received the email. they can then submit the form.

    here is the onsuccess property of the form:

    If(
    varFormMode = FormMode.New,
    CVAFLOW.Run(Form1.LastSubmit.ID);
    Notify(
    "Ticket updated successfully",
    NotificationType.Success
    );
    Navigate(BrowseScreen)
    )

    i believe i need to trigger 2 flows as i need to send the email to different people upon each submission but if u know of a better alternative im very open to hearing as im still new to powerapps and power automate.

    would u be able to provide a syntax for something like "if a  b c filled trigger 1st flow". i understand what u mean by that im just struggling to conceptualize the syntax.

    thank you for your help!!
