Hello !

 im trying to call a record to a form, the record is located in a gallery and i uses button to create a variable (temporary storage for the record) and uses the variable as an item in the form but when i opened the form, its empty and when i try to set Item field in the form, the data isn't visible and when i try to set the item individually in the form , it gives me this error ,

    Hi @lumos ,

    What is the Items of the Gallery and what type of field is 'Meeting/Forum' ?

    The items of the gallery is : varSelectedData.GroupedData
    Data type for 'Meeting/Forum' : Text
    disclaimer : in the sharepoint list 'Meeting/Forum' is Choice but then i convert it into text and store it in a collection.

    a little update:

    Only Meeting Date is visible. and the form items is varSelectedItems and the Default field for meeting date is ThisItem.'Meeting Date'

    @lumos ,

    Have you tried it without .Value on the end ?

    i figured that out already, and all it takes is to set the item properties for the form  varSelectedItem (collection name). i already did this multiple times and suddenly it works
