    Essentially, i guess you put all the selected items into a collection so it could be printed.

    I have a tutorial on that:

    Hello @eka24 , Thanks for the Advise. unfortunately i still did not get way to achieve it. My first challenge is collect data from all the screen , since i have different sources (table and gallery)  i am not able to do it.

    As i said previously i have 4 screen to collect and print data. two of them are forms , one is gallery one is data table. i am not sure how can i collect data from all these and display in one screen , from there printing i can either do it through print function or export pdf method. i dont want to patch or store printing data , just a display and from there print

    Please advise

    i would request from other community members to suggest their views on this

    Hi @SachinG31 ,

    Perhaps it's an idea to create a separate PrintScreen where you have the layout of what you want to have printed out and then set is so it pulls the values from the various other screens? Alternatively you can try to collect the data and wrap it in HTML before sending it off to Power Automate to generate a PDF out of it:

    Hello @BCBuizer , Yes This is excatly i want. As per your advise i tried adding a HTML Text input layout and accessing my field here. nop doubt i can access any filed and display on HTML input.

    But problem comes when i try to acess my data table and gallery. table and gallery fetchs data on behalf of some filter and i want them to disply as it is filterted on the html input. i am not getting  the way to display table and gallery filtered data on HTML input , please advise

    Hi @SachinG31,

    For a Gallery you can use the AllItems property (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-gallery#additional-properties) to refer to all of the items in the Gallery control.

    Unfortunately for Data Tabels such a property doesn't exist, so the only way to get the same items is by duplicating the Items property of the Data Table control.

    Hi,

    Here's how I did it!
    1. Add a new "HTML Text" item on your screen

    2. Go to https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_headings_hr

    3. copy that into your HtmlText

    4. reference the other items from your screens like below:

    5. You can also follow this brilliant guy's tutorial on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFlwYy8ijiA

    "<!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
     <body>
     <h3>
     Congratulations!
     <b>
     <font color=Red>" & Gallery6.Selected.'DisplayName' &"
     </font>
     </b>
     has been recognized for the <b><font color=green>Valuex</font></b>
     .
     </h3>
     <hr>

     <h4>Employee Info:</h4>
     <table>
     <tr>
     <td><strong>Name:</strong>
     <a>
     " & Gallery6.Selected.DisplayName &"
     </a>
     </td>
     </tr>
     <tr>
     <td><b>Job Title:</b>
     <a>
     " & Gallery6.Selected.'JobTitle' &"
     </a>
     </td>
     </tr>
     <tr>
     <td><b>Department:</b>
     <a>"
     & Gallery6.Selected.Department &"
     </a>
     </td>
     </tr>
     </table>
     <hr>

     <div>
     <h4>Selected value:</h4>
     <a>
     The user has been nominated for the following value:
     </a>
     <a>
     <font color=green>
     Valuex
     </font>
     </a>
     </div>

     <hr>

     <div>
     <h4>Description:</h4>
     <p>"& TextInput3.Text &"</p>
     </div>

     </body>
    </html>
    "

    6. Here is how the end result looks like, you might need to tweak your visuals
