Hi,
I am trying to create a Copilot for Teams but I am getting error messages when trying to create a new Copilot.
I have an E3 license and a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license, all Apps in the Admin Center are assigned. I am the owner of the team I am trying to add a Copilot to. Copilot Studio on the web works fine, it's just the Copilot Studio Teams App.
What happens:
When I open the app and click on "Start now" a pop up appears which stays blank and doesn't show anything:
This should usually be the window where you select the team the copilot should be added to.
When I switch to the "Copilots"-Tab at the top, choose my team on the left side and click "New Copilot" I am getting an error message: "An error occured. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists speak to your administrator" with a session ID and a reload button:
This has been the case for two weeks now refreshing doesn't help and I have a separate administrator account, but I am unsure what to do in the admin center as the error code is not very useful.
Has anyone seen this before or can point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
