Hi all,

We've been getting mixed messages from Microsoft on costs relating to bots created from Copilot Studio and also when using Copilot Agents in SharePoint (rolling out shortly = forced on us with no way to disable/control/govern - but that's another conversation).

My understanding is that if we create a bot via Copilot Studio, all users with or without a Copilot license will be able to use the bot, and there will be a cost based on number of messages, etc. Looking for confirmation around this.

For Copilot Agents in SharePoint - Microsoft have said only users with a valid Copilot license will be able to use them, and there will NOT be any additional costs occurred. Looking for confirmation around this too.
