Extracting info from Outlook plain text email to Excel table instead expressions are being copied

Hey Power Platform Team!

My Power Automate is allowing Outlook to populate info into the right cells in my Excel table, but instead of extracting the info, it’s just showing the expression itself. These emails are consistent and are plain text with no additional formatting (also does not include any NPI for clients). This is a business account, so I was not able to use Power Query due to not being able to link 365. Anyone have any idea why that is or any ways to help? Also, not getting any errors, getting ‘successful’ runs each time.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi there! So sorry for the late response, I did not get a notification for this.
    Please try the formula below when adding a new row to excel:

    Replace(First(Split(Last(Split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'[Name of column in email body]:')), '</div>')),' ','')

    For example:

    Replace(First(Split(Last(Split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'Agent Legend State:')), '</div>')),' ','')

    I have also created a video to show how I did it and tested it here

    Hope it helps!

    Thank you so much for your reply! I have tried both ways of entering the full expression in the original box and then also tried copy and pasting into the expression area and then hitting the 'add' button and it adds a purple 'fx' expression. When I try to add as a formal expression it gives me an error that reads:

    Hi there!

    How are you entering the expressions? Instead of adding it directly on the field box, can you add in the expression tab of dynamic content?

    Let me know if that made sense.
