Add Column Feature - disable?

It's great to have the option to add columns. Can we turn this off for an entity or is there a way to turn it off for individual controls?

    Not to my knowledge. System Customization permissions are not very granular. If you have the permission to add columns on one table, you have the permission to do so for all tables.
