Hello All,

I am very new to Model driven app, i have 2 tables

Master Table

Pincode - 560022

City - Bangalore

State - Karnataka

Country - India

Company List

PinCode - Need to type the number

City - Need to autopopulate based on pincode

State - Need to autopopulate based on pincode

Country - Need to autopopulate based on pincode

Hope you are doing good.

Steps to Follow :

1. Create a Lookup Field in Company List --> Entity (Master Table)
2. Create a Quick View Form in (Master Table) and Map it in Company List.

Implementation Steps:

Step 1:

1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
2. Click Dataverse
3. Select Table
4. Click Fields --> Create Table --> Enter the Name --> Select Type as Lookup --> Select Entity as Master Table(where Pincode Available)

Step 2:

1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
2. Click Dataverse
3. Select Table
4. Click Form --> Click or Open Existing QUICK VIEW FORM --> Add fields City,State,Country into the form

5. Now Navigate to Company List Table
6. Select Form
7. Open Main Form
8. Add Lookup Field
9. At the Left Side Select COMPONENT and Select QUICK VIEW and Select the Entity as MASTER TABLE and Select the form as new form

Click ok and Publish 🙂

As I have got only one main form which has all other details pertaining to company and we would like to auto populate in the same form only when we enter pin code. Please find the below form image and advise. We want to get the data in Realtime in the same form rather than separate quick view form.
