Thank you for valuable time to support always.

I have created a chatbot in web version.

i need to call fallback topic wherever user has entered unmatched keywords.

Its working only before chatbot raise question.

when chatbot is awaiting for the answers that time fallback is not working.

I fix this issue by adding the question behavior for question tag.

but i want to know to how to call fallback topic wherever its required?

can any one help me to resolve this issue?
