Why does Copilot Agent answer a question and other times not answer the same question at all?

We have an agent that answers questions perfectly in Copilot Studio test pane.  However, if using Edge of Chrome it will sometimes answer a question and provide reference fine while other times answer the question and list the word citation (which is blank), and then other times not answer the question at all and just sit there?

    Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, corrupted cache or cookies can cause issues. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies in both Edge and Chrome.
     
    Browser Extensions: Certain browser extensions might interfere with the Copilot agent. Try disabling your extensions one by one to see if any of them are causing the issue.
     
    Network Issues: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, network issues can cause the agent to not respond properly.
     
    Browser Updates: Make sure that both Edge and Chrome are updated to their latest versions. Outdated browsers can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
     
    Copilot Studio Settings: Double-check the settings in Copilot Studio to ensure everything is configured correctly.
     
    Sometimes, a small misconfiguration can cause unexpected behavior.
     
    If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.  They can provide more detailed troubleshooting based on your specific setup.
