Users lost access to the app and sharepoint

Hi! I just created my first app, and I have given all the accesses to the app and in the sharepoint list.

But recently the users that already had access are asking for permissions that they already had in powerapps and in the sharepoint list there are some users that lost their access but as I said I had already given them the necessary permissions.

Could you please help me to know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I hope I have made myself clear

Could be any number of things. Could you provide more detail about what message a denied user gets? Losing access to the app and the SharePoint list at the same time sounds like more than just a Power App thing.

This is the message shown in the app, and in sharepoint it doesn't show anything, it only removes the access
