I am fairly new to PVA, but I have seen that there is the functionality to drag a connector line from below a message back to a previous point in the conversation. I am unable to do this on both my laptop and my desktop PC.
In example, I have an intake form taking Name, phone number, etc and asking a yes or no question to the customer if the information is correct. On yes, it continues down to more questions. On No, I want it to return back up to re-ask the information. I can drag the button, but there is no line when I drop it back to the point in the previous dialogue.
