    How many records are in source?

    @SGavoux

    Expressions that are joined with And or Or are delegable to SharePoint. Not isn't delegable.

    One workaround would be to call MS Flow to query the results and send it back to PowerApps

    Hmmm, you could change the data row limit to 2000 for now.

    If the amount of records reaches 2000 or more, you could consider creating collections which take the first 2000 records from the SharePoint-list (based on id for example), the second 2000, etc. To reduce the loading time, my advice would be to do this using the concurrent function as well. And when these have been created, merge them in a new collection, so you have a complete copy of the SharePoint-list in your PowerApp.

    Check this for more options:

    How i can filter first 2000 items without  "<" , " ,">"v operators ??. Also Startwith makes delagation but Endwith not. Seems trivial to me 😞
